Sculptra is an FDA-approved injectable that helps gradually replace lost collagen—the most common protein in the body that is used to form a framework to support cells and tissue—for results that can last up to five years.
As a poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA) collagen stimulator, Sculptra helps restore the deep, underlying structure of the skin to diminish facial wrinkles. Sculptra works with your body within the deep dermis to help revitalize collagen production and help restore your skin’s inner structure and volume. As the Sculptra PLLA microparticles are absorbed, they help stimulate collagen production. Rebuilt collagen strands begin gradually helping to restore facial volume and the appearance of wrinkles and folds.
Sculptra is considered safe and is FDA-approved in the US and has been used worldwide since 1999. Sculptra injections should be administered by a licensed healthcare professional. Though Sculptra treatment is considered safe, side effects can occur with any procedure. The most common Sculptra side effects include:
● Redness, bruising, or swelling at the injection site
● Some bleeding at the injection site
● Itching or rash near the injection site
● Bumps or asymmetrical appearance
These common Sculptra side effects will usually resolve on their own.
Generally speaking, most patients will require about 3 Sculptra treatment sessions to achieve desired results. These treatment sessions are typically spaced 5 weeks apart, meaning the total time to complete your Sculptra treatment sessions is around 15 weeks. After we have reviewed your aesthetic goals and assessed the current health of your skin, we can give you a better idea of how many treatment sessions you may need.

There is little to no downtime after your Sculptra treatment appointment.
After a full consultation, Sculptra filler will be injected into the desired areas.
COLD PACK A cold pack or ice pack will help reduce any common swelling at the Sculptra injection site. Within the first 24 hours of Sculptra treatment, apply a clean cold pack to the treated area for a few minutes at a time. Never apply ice directly to the skin.
FACIAL MASSAGE Massage the treated area for five minutes, five times a day, for five days after treatment, as recommended by your provider.
AVOID SUNLIGHT After Sculptra treatment, excessive sunlight and UV lamp exposure should be avoided until any initial swelling and redness go away. Your injector will provide guidelines on sunscreen protection and how to avoid excessive sunlight.
Some bruising and swelling are expected after your appointment. You may also have minor soreness over the next few days after your Sculptra injections, but you can resume regular activity right away.
We ask that for any reason you are needing to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you please give us a minimum of 48 hrs notice by calling or texting our office at the numbers below. We must notify our staff of changes and it gives those waiting for a cancellation or opening to take advantage. We understand that life happens and some emergencies may make it difficult or not possible to give sufficient notice, if this is one of those cases please let our staff know so that we can waive any cancellation or missed appointment fees.
Any appointment that is a no-show or a late cancellation without 48 hrs notice will incur a $50 charge. This charge is to cover our staffing costs. If you are being charged with a late cancellation or no-show fee, a separate invoice will be sent to you. If you do not receive a separate invoice, we have waived the fee.

All sales are final. This includes purchases of products and services as well as any prepaid services. If for medical reasons you are not able to use a prepaid service, it may be transferred to another service of equal or lesser value or transferred to another client.
We always want to provide a safe and relaxing environment for all of our guests. With that being said, we have a gentle ask of our valued clients. We ask that if you are coming in for an appointment that is longer than 15 minutes, we ask you please leave your children at home. It can be very distracting to our service providers providing a medical procedure with needles and/or medical equipment if young children are roaming the room or running through our space. It is not safe and very distracting. It can also be very distracting to our guests that are enjoying relaxing services in a quiet environment. If you are not able to come in without children, you will be responsible for monitoring your children in our space.
If at any point safety is a concern, we will need to reschedule your appointment. Safety is our top priority as well as providing a quality experience for all of our guests. We appreciate your attention to this and for your cooperation. Thank you for allowing us to serve you.
